More Toasty Temperatures This Week Before Cool Down

By Lauren Whitney

DENVER (CBS4) - High pressure over the western side of the country will keep temperatures toasty for a few more days. We'll stay in the upper 80s and low 90s through Thursday before a late week cool down arrives in Colorado.

Afternoon and evening storms possible again tomorrow after a sunny start to the day. We'll stay in that pattern through Friday, when rain and storm chances increase as a new system heads our way. Overall, for the next few days, the rain shouldn't be too heavy. However, a few storms could produce a bit of heavy rain fall and hail but shouldn't be severe.

Friday, we'll drop to the 70s! Much cooler temperatures as we head into Saturday along with rain chances on the rise.
