Cooler With a Chance for Storms/Showers Each Day This Week

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - As promised, we hit 90 degrees right on the nose on Sunday...and it just might be the last 90 degree day of the season. Monday turned out to be 16 degrees cooler when we reached 74 degrees, 73 downtown - 80 is normal for this time of year. Mostly cloudy and cooler for Tuesday, chance for scattered storms and showers and a high only in the mid 60s.

Back to the mid 70s for Wednesday, keeping the chance for showers and storms in the forecast. Little change for Thursday - scattered storms and a high staying in the mid 70s. Isolated storms Friday, high in the low 70s and we begin the weekend with isolated storms with Saturday reaching back into the mid 70s.
