Judge Sentences 'Cold Crush' Murderer To 40 Years
DENVER (CBS4) - A man in Denver will spend 40 years in prison for a murder outside a troubled nightclub.
Harold Mortis shot and killed Tyrone Adair outside the Cold Crush Nightclub at 27th and Larimer Streets.
It started when the victim helped security remove Mortis from the club after he got into a fight.
Police shut the club down after the shooting, labeling it a public nuisance.
