Joseph Heck Identified As Victim In Xavier Street Shooting
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver have identified the man fatally shot in an alley on Tuesday night. Joseph Heck was shot and killed on Xavier Street.
Investigators say Heck, 42, was shot in the alley near Colfax Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. They are investigating the shooting as a homicide.
A description of the gunman has not been released.
