Fossil Ridge Football Team Will Now Be Allowed To Wear Jerseys Dedicated To Fallen Vets
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - The Poudre School District has reached an agreement with the Fossil Ridge High School football team.
The team will now be allowed to wear the names of fallen military members on their jerseys. Earlier this week school authorities said that violated district policy.
The gesture is part of a year-long project where students each researched a fallen veteran.
The jerseys will be worn on Military Appreciation Night at Fossil Ridge.
