Federal Bouleavard Will Be Reduced To 1 Lane This Weekend For Safety Closures
DENVER (CBS4)- Drivers can once again expect lane closures along a stretch of Federal Boulevard this weekend. Denver police first enacted the lane closures last week after a number of deadly shootings and large gatherings on Federal Boulevard this summer.
The safety closures will mean that just one lane of Federal Boulevard between 6th Avenue and West Evans will be open in each direction on Sunday.
The restrictions will allow first responders to quickly move and respond as needed.
