Fabric Tent Ban Lifted At Popular Campground Near Aspen
ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - The Forest Service has lifted a ban on tent camping at a popular campground near Aspen.
Fabric tents and trailers were banned at the Difficult Campground because a number of bears were spotted nearby.
The Forest Service says campers should remember to put all coolers and cooking equipment in a bear box or locked vehicle.
This has been a very active bear season.
