Denver Sheriff's Deputy In Court On Sexual Assault Charges
DENVER (CBS4)- A Denver Sheriff's Deputy appeared in court Thursday on charges of sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
The district attorney's office charged Brennon Lonergan with one count of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.
Prosecutors say Lonergan inappropriately touched a teenage girl in may of 2009.
Lonergan was formally advised of the charges at Thursday's hearing.
