Denver Nuggets And Colorado Avalanche To Stay In Denver Through 2040
DENVER (CBS4) -- Not only are both the Nuggets and the Avalanche in the playoffs -- they're both staying in Colorado! Denver and Kroenke Sports have a tentative agreement to keep both franchises in the Mile High City until 2040.
The existing arena agreement with Denver was set to expire in 2023. They had been working on a new deal for the last five years.
