Jury Finds Datwon Armstrong Guilty After Firing Shots At Denver Police Officer
DENVER (CBS4)- A jury found Datwon Armstrong guilty of assaulting a Denver police officer last summer. Armstrong will be sentenced in November.
On July 12, 2019, Armstrong was a passenger during a traffic stop. He made a run for it and fired four shots at one of the officers.
No officers were struck or returned fire. Armstrong was found and arrested. A handgun was recovered nearby.
