Charges Filed In Brighton Murder
BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4) - Charges have now been filed in Brighton's first murder case since 2008.
Evan Michael Lawlor is facing charges that include first-degree murder, robbery, theft and evidence tampering.
George Lindeboom, 67, was found dead of blunt force trauma earlier in January in his apartment on South Miller Street.
Investigators say Lawlor killed Lindeboom during a robbery. He'll be back in court later this month.
