CBS4, KCNC-TV--DENVER TO AIR MORE FOOTBALL PROGRAMMING THAN ANY OTHER LOCAL STATION -- 29 GAME DAY NFL BROADCASTS, 75 LOCALLY PRODUCED PROGRAMS AND 17 WEEKS OF NFL TODAY

Denver (May 18, 2011) – CBS4, KCNC-TV, announced today that the station is  gearing up for another season of football and will offer fans more football programming than any other local station including 12 Denver Broncos games during the regular season and five special shows each week.

"CBS4 is the station to turn to for Broncos and AFC football coverage," CBS4 General Manager Walt DeHaven said.  "From September through January 2012, CBS4 will provide football fans with 29 game day NFL broadcasts including 12 regular season Broncos games, 13 key AFC match-ups, four AFC play-off broadcasts, 75 locally produced Broncos programs and 17 weeks of NFL Today."

Beginning June 13, 2011, CBS4 will present a year-round sports show called Xfinity Monday Live.  This show will air LIVE from the Tavern Downtown at 20th and Market each Monday at 6:30 pm and will focus on the hottest sports stories of the week.  During football season, CBS4 will air five weekly special shows for football fans.

CBS4 WEEEKLY FOOTBALL SHOWS:

1. Toyota Football Preview (time TBA) … a look with the experts at the 'coming' Broncos match up
2. Ford Countdown to Kickoff … Denver's longest running pre-game Broncos show – Vic, Gary and Kathy Lee (103.5 The Fox) take a look at the day's Broncos game, profile players.   (Sundays 9:30am or 1:30pm)
3. Southwest Airlines All Access … Sunday's official wrap up show … taking a look at the Broncos game and the rest of the NFL (Sundays 10:35pm-11:05pm)
4. Xfinity Monday Live … LIVE from the Tavern Downtown (20^th and Market) … CBS4's Vic Lombardi and weekly Broncos' guests breakdown the game, take a look ahead and interact with the on site audience.  (Mondays 6:30pm-7pm … show is an every week show beginning June 13^th)
5. The NFL TODAY on CBS … every Sunday 10am-11am – America's top experts… America's top football show.
