Bear Spends Day In Alamosa Tree
ALAMOSA, Colo. (CBS4) - A bear in Alamosa made his way to town for the day.
The bear spent the day nestled in a tree Tuesday just one block from Adams State College.
YouReporter Rebecca Alyea sent in pictures to CBS4. She said the bear slept most of the day but would lift his head just in time to take some pictures.
In Alaska a bear cub also headed to town but made quite the mess in the process. The little guy took a stroll right on top of some produce. One customer picked up the cub and put him back out on the street.
The store owner said thousands of dollars worth of fruits and vegetables were tossed.
