Authorities Crack Down On Drunk Boaters

DENVER (CBS4) - Colorado State Parks officials are planning to crack down on drunk boaters this holiday weekend.

If a marine officer catches someone boating with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit, it could lead to fines and a loss of boating privileges.

Last weekend more than 50 citations and more than 300 safety warnings were issued at state parks. Two people were arrested for boating under the influence.
