Arrest Made In Deadly Hit & Run Of 15-Year-Old Jogger
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - The Colorado State Patrol has made an arrest in a hit-and-run crash that took the life of a 15-year-old jogger.
Gerard Julien died when a car ran a red light at Kipling and West Asbury. Police now have Derrick Fransua, 21, under arrest.
Fransua is suspected of driving a Chrysler PT Cruiser that hit the teen. He's charged with vehicular homicide along with street racing.
