Delora Johnson, 24, walked up to Hillside Police Chief Joseph Lukaszek and asked for a cigarette about 7 p.m. outside the station in the 4700 block of West Roosevelt Road, Cook County prosecutors said at a bond hearing. When Lukaszek said he didn't have one, she offered to perform sex acts on him for $20, prosecutors said.
