Man Wounded In Lawndale Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was driven to a West Side hospital late Monday after he was shot in the Lawndale neighborhood.
The 30-year-old was sitting in a vehicle in the 3800 block of West Harrison Street when he heard shots and realized he'd been struck in the right thigh, police said.
His friends drove him to Loretto Hospital about 11:55 p.m., police said. His condition was stabilized.
