Authorities Responding To Male Barricaded Inside Rogers Park Home
Authorities are responding to a person who barricaded himself inside a home early Monday in the North Side Rogers Park neighborhood.
The incident began when the male barricaded himself inside a residence in the 1600 block of West Sherwin Avenue about 2:40 a.m. police said.
As of 5:15 a.m., it was not clear if the man was armed or if anyone else was inside.
A SWAT team is at the scene and the situation is ongoing, police said.
