Those evaluated for chest pain could benefit from moving more after coming home, study says

Researchers at Columbia University found that patients who racked up more than 15 hours of sedentary behavior were twice as likely to have more heart trouble or die within one year than patients who spent 12 hours a day at rest, and that replacing just 30 minutes of sedentary time with more activity, or even sleep, could reduce the risks substantially.
