Newton woman awarded $37 million in lawsuit against Philip Morris USA
The Supreme Judicial Court has awarded a Newton woman $37 million dollars in a lawsuit against Philip Morris USA after she developed brain cancer from smoking Marlboro Lights cigarettes.
