More than a dozen people displaced in the cold after Worcester apartment fire

More than a dozen residents were left standing in the bitter cold early Wednesday morning after a fire tore through an apartment building in Worcester, Massachusetts and the freezing conditions made things difficult for firefighters. WBZ-TV's Penny Kmitt reports.
