MBTA GM Phillip Eng named interim Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation

Gov. Maura Healey announced Thursday that Monica Tibbits-Nutt has decided to step down from her position as transportation secretary and MassDOT CEO, and MBTA General Manager Phil Eng will be taking her place on an interim basis.
