Judge finds North Andover police officer Kelsey Fitzsimmons not guilty of assault
Kelsey Fitzsimmons was accused of pointing her gun at a fellow police officer when he entered her home to serve a restraining order. The officer then shot Fitzsimmons. WBZ-TV’s Kristina Rex reports.
