Gov. Healey addresses "car meetups" and drag racing in Massachusetts

"I'm about quality of life and making sure that everyday in this great state of ours, people are able to feel good about their quality of life, feel safe in their communities and these kinds of car meetups and the drag racing are counter to that," said the governor.
