Franklin police search for Tesla driver that illegally passed school bus
Police are still looking for a Tesla driver who passed a stopped school bus almost hitting a high school student on a crosswalk in Franklin, Massachusetts on Tuesday. WBZ-TV's Penny Kmitt reports.
