WBZ Water Cooler Investigation: Did Bobby V Invent The Wrap?
BOSTON (CBS)- New Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine has been around baseball for a long time. But did you know he owned a restaurant in Connecticut back in 1980? Valentine says he was cooking one day when the toaster broke. He then created the 'Club Mex,' essentially, a tortilla wrap. He says he melted the cheese on a broiler and served what soon became the wrap.
