SUV, Tractor-Trailer Collide On Route 20 In Auburn
AUBURN (CBS) -- The driver of an SUV was injured after colliding with a tractor-trailer on Route 20 in Auburn late Wednesday morning.
Police say the SUV was operating erratically and failed to stop for a state trooper. Another trooper deployed a tire deflation strip which led to the crash.
The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital. No word on the extent of injuries.
The tractor-trailer driver was not injured. The trailer was empty at the time of the crash.
The incident is under investigation.
