Student Arrested For Setting Fires At Boston Latin School
BOSTON (CBS) – Boston Fire investigators have arrested a 16-year-old student from the Boston Latin School in connection with recent arson fires.
Superintendent Carol Johnson released a statement saying that for the third consecutive day, a fire was intentionally set at the school.
"We are working closely with the Boston Police and Boston Fire Departments to investigate these dangerous incidents," she said. "We obviously do not consider these incidents to be a prank or joke."
Johnson says there will be serious consequences for those found responsible.
The male student will be arraigned Thursday.
