Squirrel Causes Thousands Of Watertown, Waltham Residents To Lose Power
WATERTOWN (CBS) -- An estimated 4,000 Eversource customers in Watertown and Waltham lost power Thursday morning thanks to a squirrel.
According to a spokesperson for Eversource, the squirrel came into contact with the company's equipment shortly after 11:30a.m.
Crews restored power to a majority of residents within the hour.
