Should a woman be criminally charged for feeding ducks. Lynn officials say she is causing a health problem, and she says she is simply feeding "gods creatures."
Lynn's Attorney Vincent told WBZ-TV on Wednesday, "You can see how filthy it is over there and how many animals reside there. It's because of the constant feeding by Ms. Butcher."
