Private Memorial Service Held In NH For Nancy Lanza
KINGSTON, NH (CBS) – A private memorial service was held for Nancy Lanza in Kingston, New Hampshire on Thursday.
About 25 people attended the service.
Lanza's son, Adam, shot and killed her in their Newtown, Connecticut home before killing 20 students and 6 adults at an elementary school.
Nancy Lanza grew up in Kingston, and lived next door to her brother, James Champion, before moving to Connecticut.
Champion recently retired as a Kingston Police officer.
