Possible New Life For The Salem Harbor Power Station
BOSTON (CBS) - Weeks after the Salem power plant shut down two of its four generation units, a New Jersey company is expressing interest in buying the 61-acre facility on Salem Harbor.
The plant owner, Dominion, wants to close down the coal-fired plant, but now Footprint Power wants to update the facility to burn natural gas.
