Owen Labrie Begins 1-Year Jail Term, Gets New Mugshot
CONCORD, NH. (CBS) -- The Merrimack County Sheriff's Office released a new booking photo of Owen Labrie as he begins serving out his one-year jail sentence.
A judge revoked bail for the New Hampshire prep school graduate on Friday after finding he violated the terms of his bail.
Labrie was living with his mother in Tunbridge, Vermont, as he appealed his jail sentence and the requirement that he register as a sex offender. He was ordered to be home between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Prosecutors said he broke his court-ordered curfew a dozen times when he took trips to Boston.
Labrie was convicted in August 2015 of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old classmate.
