NightSide - The Future Of The Supreme Court
BOSTON (CBS) - The sudden passing of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has left the highest court in the land shorthanded, and sparked a political battle in D.C. that is likely to last for months. Republicans have said that they will refuse to confirm anyone that President Obama nominates as a possible replacement, but the President says he intends to fulfill his constitutional duty of choosing Scalia's successor. Jack Beermann, Boston University Law Professor, sits down with Dan to talk about the partisan clash and how it could all shake out.
