NightSide - No Jail Time For I-93 Protesters
BOSTON (CBS) - Fourteen protesters who blocked I-93 during a morning commute back in January were sentenced last week to sixty hours of community service with no jail time. The judge stated in his decision that part of his rationale was that they truly seemed to believe their cause was just. Do you think this decision sets a dangerous precedent?
