NightSide - Is It Ok To Spank Your Kids?

BOSTON (CBS) - The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ruled that the Department of Children and Families was within its rights when the agency denied a Christian couple's application to be foster parents based on the fact that they spank their own children. Even though the couple pledged not to spank any foster children, and that they would spank their biological children behind closed doors to prevent embarrassment, they were rejected as potential foster parents. Do you think the DCF and the SJC made the right decision? Or should they have been accepted as foster parents?
