BOSTON (CBS) - Michelle Carter is being prosecuted for her role in her friend's suicide, after sending him a number of text messages encouraging him to take his own life. But her lawyer, attorney Joseph Cataldo, joins Dan in studio tonight to explain why he believes this does not constitute a crime. What do you think?
