NightSide - Gun Control In Massachusetts

BOSTON (CBS) - Massachusetts already has some of the strictest gun control laws in the country. But Attorney General Maura Healey has led an aggressive effort to crackdown on "copycat" weapons, a move her office claims is supported by the assault weapons ban passed in 1998. Some gun rights advocates disagree, and believe the AG has gone above the powers of her office on this issue. Dan is joined by Jon Fetherston, chairman of the Ashland Republican Town Committee, and Michael Sullivan, the lead attorney now suing the AG's office over her crackdown on guns.
