NH School Employee Accused Of Placing Camera Under Secretary's Desk
RAYMOND, NH (CBS) - A school employee in Raymond, New Hampshire was arrested Tuesday for allegedly placing a camera under a school secretary's desk.
Daniel Malo, 27, is accused of "unlawfully" placing a digital camera under the desk of a secretary at Raymond High School.
Police began their investigation of Malo last week, and later obtained a warrant for his arrest for violation of privacy.
Officers said that it appears no students or other staff members were involved in the incident.
Malo, a resident of Manchester, New Hampshire, was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 14.
