BOSTON (CBS) - Another piece of the South Boston Innovation District will soon take shape now that another one acre site has been sold.

Skanska USA Commercial Development and Twinning Properties are buying a one acre plot on Seaport Boulevard for $18.6 million.

Skanska regional manager Shawn Hurley calls the area one of the most exciting opportunities for development in Boston in many years.
