Limited Number Of Massachusetts Jury Trials Set To Resume Monday
BOSTON (CBS) – A limited number of jury trials will resume across Massachusetts on Monday.
Officials had hoped to do this in late October, but delayed twice as coronavirus cases continued to rise.
Only some trials will be allowed to resume at first, with 6-person juries and in a limited number of courthouses.
All other court staff and events will continue operating at 50% capacity with virtual meetings whenever possible until at least early April.
