Imprisoned CEO's N.H. Mansion Up For Auction
NORTH HAMPTON, N.H. (CBS) - The North Hampton, New Hampshire estate that belonged to imprisoned Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski is on the auction block. The 15-acre, 10,000 square foot property will be auctioned to the highest bidder on Tuesday, November 9 at 2 p.m.
The sprawling mansion includes 12 bathrooms and nine fireplaces. A heated walkway, home theater with concession stand, spa, elevator, indoor pool, game room and tennis court are among the amenities.
The property is assessed at $9.4 million; a $50,000 deposit is required just to tour the property and get in on the bidding.
Kozlowski is serving an 8 to 15 year prison sentence for stealing tens of millions of dollars from the company he once ran.
