Clinton Rallies In Nashua After Iowa Win
NASHUA, N.H. (CBS) -- With the Iowa Caucus now in the books, Hillary Clinton is using her win--albeit by a very thin margin--to push her through the next week to the first-in-the-nation New Hampshire Primary.
Her husband, former president Bill Clinton, addressed the crowd in Nashua before her, trying to sway those who were still undecided. But locals told WBZ-TV's Christina Hager that candidate Clinton's Iowa win wouldn't affect much in the Granite State.
"I don't think it's going to change much," one woman said. "New Hampshire people vote how they want, I don't think they're going to be that affected by what's happened in Iowa."
"I would say that the ability to be elected is a pretty important aspect," said another man. "I think a lot of people are just voting their conscience."
The Clintons were scheduled to appear later to address supporters at a New Hampshire high school later Monday.
