Fishing Limits Arguments Heat Up

BOSTON (CBS) - One week after U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke denied a request from Governor Patrick to raise fish catch limits for Northeast fishermen, the controversy over catch limits is heating up.

Congressman Barney Frank says the administration's decision threatens his working relationship with President Obama.

Gloucester and New Bedford have filed a lawsuit against Locke and demanded an investigation into the practices of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Late Thursday afternoon, more than 100 people (mostly fisherman) attended a meeting of New Bedford Mayor Scott Lang's Ocean and Fisheries Council.
