Daily Talker: City Hall Plaza Makeover

City Hall Plaza isn't exactly a tourist destination. But a new proposal could have visitors and locals flocking there year-round. The Anthem Group wants to open a restaurant and bar on the plaza. It would be the "Polar Bar" during the winter and "City Bistro" in the summer. Diners will be able to enjoy seasonal American fare with some New England classics. According to the Boston Herald, they hope to offer special meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah. And don't forget about the cookouts and clambakes in the summer.
