Cape Cod Marketplace To Stay Open
MASHPEE (CBS) -- It looks like a last minute deal will save a popular marketplace on Cape Cod.
Actor Danny Murphy sued the Popponesset Marketplace because it's not wheelchair accessible.
Even though the marketplace insisted it was complying with the law, it looked like the stores would have to close.
Now, Murphy tells The Cape Cod Times, he's made a deal that will keep the marketplace open.
Neither side is releasing any specifics of the deal.
