The Audubon is a short distance from Fenway Park, close enough to walk, but far enough that you won't get the absolutely packed crowds like the places on Lansdowne. This isn't a burger or pizza joint; it's a sit down restaurant with entrees in the $10 to $20 range. There is an extensive beer list and wines, as well. Audubon does not take reservations.

An outdoor patio, pizza and pasta. What more do you need before a Red Sox game? Canestaro is an easy walk - a few blocks from Fenway Park. Reservations are taken only for groups of six or more, and they even have a few parking spots.
The Sausage Guy

The Sausage Guy doesn't have an exact address because he is a cart set up on the street. But he's known the world over for having the best pre-game sausages. David Littlefield secured his spot on Lansdowne in 1997 and since has served his share of athletes, celebrities and politicians. While stopping for a sausage on the way into the game may usually be a quick stop, be prepared to wait in line at The Sausage Guy.

Looking for something a little different than pizza and hot dogs? At the Elephant Walk, several blocks from Fenway, you're not likely to find either.
