Best Bachelorette Spots In Boston

- By Jaime GansonIt's true that nearly every woman dreams of her wedding day from the time she is a little girl. It starts with dressing up Barbie as a bride, continues with ripping out pages from bridal magazines as a teen & young adult, and today as an adult, consists of bookmarking pages from wedding blogs.  It also rings true that once the ring is on the finger and the date and venue are set, the bride dreams of her bachelorette party. This "last hurrah" as a single lady is typically planned by the maid of honor and thrown with the bridal party. Boston is a great city to celebrate the bride and have fun with a group of girls. Here are a few spots to check out for a fun bachelorette party.
Howl at the Moon

Hours: Mon – Fri 4pm-2am; Sat 5pm-2am; Sun 7pm-2am

This piano bar has locations all over the country, and since Boston's opened up last year, it's been packed ever since.  The dueling piano players rock it out to requests from the crowd. Go to Howl at the Moon for a high tempo, fun atmosphere and their infamous Buckets of Booze.  Howl also offers a special bachelorette party package: "Last Fling Before the Ring".  Pay $20 per person and enter by 10 p.m. to skip the line, get the bride called up on stage, and get her a free Jell-O shot. be purchased for $4 the night of the event)

Jacque's is the place for drag queen shows in Boston. Featuring a weekly schedule of rotating performers, Jacque's has a show for every night of the week, from "Mizery Loves Karaoke" Tuesdays to "Miss-Leading Ladies" Saturdays.  Bachelorette parties are a staple here every weekend. To book a party, call or visit their website to reserve a table. Make sure to be seated at least 15 minutes before the show begins.  The Friday show starts at 10:15 p.m., while there are two shows on Saturday starting at 7 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.  This is the spot to dance, laugh, and sing along with the performers, making memories that the bride may want to remember…or forget!

Hours: Mon-Sun 11:30am – 2amNed Devine's is the spot for a bachelorette party in Faneuil Hall.  Connected with Parris nightclub, this 3-room bar/lounge/club features three bars to serve your party's needs. Ned Devine's has a special for bachelorette parties: when you call and book in advance, the bride and her entourage cut the line and get in for free before 10:30 p.m.  That gives you plenty of time to dance the night away to top 40 hits in the first 2 rooms and a live band, with club music interludes, in the Parris room.  Ned Devine's is also a great ending to a Faneuil Hall bar crawl, if the bride is so inclined.
