2 Fans Charged After Jumping Onto Ice During Bruins Game
BOSTON (CBS/AP) – Two young men from New Hampshire are facing charges after they jumped onto the ice during the Bruins-Capitals game Saturday night at the TD Garden.
20-year-old Jonathan Parker and 17-year-old Matthew Parker went over the glass and onto the ice in the third period. They were caught by the linesmen and taken away.
Both were arrested and charged with disturbing a public assembly.
They will be arraigned Tuesday in Boston Municipal Court.
Police say both "appeared to be under the influence of alcohol."
The Bruins won the game, 3-2.
