Baltimore roads reopen after 5,000-gallon diesel fuel spill

Some roads near Baltimore's Inner Harbor reopened after a 5,000-gallon diesel fuel spill prompted clean-up efforts and an investigation. The fuel leaked from a tank at a Johns Hopkins Hospital campus.
